    I have been a licensed Nail Tech for 30 years. I have used the Backscratchers silk for years. They have been slacking off. I have purchased so many different batches and they don’t adhere like they used to. It’s like buying sheer pieces of silk. Please work on the adhesive. Please call us for a replacement at 1-800-832-5577

    Not sticky

    I’ve been using this product for 30 years (switched from the fiberglass). I keep getting orders that are not sticky. It’s extremely difficult to use when it doesn't stick to the nail.
    Thank you for your response. We have had some challenges with California's EPA regulations. We believe that we have addressed the issue.

    I won’t stick and move. We have used products for 28 years at my salon.

    You may have gotten a strip that was light on adhesive. Call us for replacement.

    The quality of this silk is unmatched. The adhesive on the silk works seamlessly with the resin and Kikr. Although I only have one client that wears Silk, I also use it for nail repairs. This product never disappoints.

    Didn’t want to stick to nail when cutting the silk. Didn’t have this problem before.

    The silk is not as soft as it used to be. Does not stick to the nail.
